Edmundston Fruit Exchange recently changed its name to Edfrex, and we are now able to provide our 3400 customers with over 8300 products available through 300 suppliers. Our vision is the ability to offer our customers, retail or food-service, a one-stop shop for all their needs in food and non-food products. The Edfrex fleet of approximately 15 trucks an 10 sales vehicles covers our territory five days a week. On weekdays our staff work around the clock to prepare orders for next morning delivery to our customers. |  |  | | Food Service Menu Products for Restaurants, Cafeterias, Hotels, Etc. The Multi-Choix brand now includes over 300 different products that are increasingly appreciated by consumers, as sales have been growing by 10% annually for the past several years. Encouraged by this success, Colabor intends to develop other Multi-Choix products in the years to come in response to consumer demand for private brand products. In addition to hundreds of products sold under the Multi-Choix label, Colabor offers two other excellent private brand products: Discrétion tobacco and Meilleure-O spring water.

These products are distributed by eleven wholesalers associated with Colabor who cover the entire province of Quebec. The Mouska brand also comprises its own exclusive recipes specially designed for chefs. Several other Mouska products are currently at the research and development phase.
